Accreditations
Aqua-Aston is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization that serves as the leading authority and provider of educational, business, and networking resources for community associations, including board members and property managers. As a member of CAI, Aqua-Aston is informed about national and local trends in property management, and we are able to adapt as needed to these changing dynamics.
Aqua-Aston’s Condo Administration associates regularly participate in training to obtain certifications such as the CAI’s prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (“PCAM”) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (“CMCA”) titles. To obtain these designations, extensive education is required with the successful completion of CAI’s Professional Management Development Program (“PMDP”) in law, communications, operations, and asset protection with a final examination and case study. This program requires individuals to draw upon their experience and the knowledge they have acquired through the successful completion of the PMDP courses and hands-on work experience to complete an analysis of a community association.
